Dingdong dislocates bone in arm while taping Dyesebel
MANILA, Philippines - The taping of GMA’s top-rated show “Dyesebel” was halted Sunday after a minor accident dislocated a bone in the arm of lead actor Dingdong Dantes.
The incident occurred while Dantes was doing an “emotional” scene, a report from GMA’s Showbiz Central said Sunday.
“Isa siyang eksena na medyo kinailangan ang (emotions). May maling kalkulasyon lang kaya sumabit.” Dantes said.
According to him, the healing process may take some time.
“May maliit lang na buto na medyo na lihis kailangan lang natin i-heal. So medyo matatagal ng konti.”
Despite this, Dantes said he will continue to work as usual. However, he would have to go slow on his physical activities.
“Like what I’ve said, tuloy pa rin ang lahat ng mga ginagawa. Medyo kailangan mag bawas lang ng konti sa mga physical activities,” Dantes said.
The actor said, such accidents are inevitable, but what’s important is the person’s ability to cope.
Dantes’ leading lady Marian Rivera immediately phoned the actor upon learning the incident, the report said.
“Wala kasi ako doon sa taping nung araw na nabalian siya. Nung dumating ako tinawagan ko siya nasa ospital daw. Hindi biro ‘yung nangyari sa kanya. Sana maayos,” Rivera said.
